Reservations for the Experience Center, day use area and picnic shelter are made at the Deschutes Recreations office by phone, 541-739-2322 x0, or in person at 89600 Biggs Rufus Highway. 21 primitive sites for tents and self-contained RVs (max site size is 75 feet) available for reservation April 1-Oct. 31. 14 Walk-In Tent sites, non-reservable. Group tent camp for up to 25 people, with tents or up to three self-contained RV’s. Potable water and vault toilets in Lone Tree campground. Only one vehicle is included with each individual campsite reservation. A second vehicle is charged a nightly extra vehicle fee (paid at the park upon arrival). The nightly Extra Vehicle fee is $7.00. Seasonal closures: Campsites are first-come, first-served from November 1st - March 31st. Please contact the park at 541-739-2322 x0 for more information. An $8 transaction fee is charged for any date or site changes made to an existing reservation. *Reservations for more than five nights/days that are later changed to fewer nights/days by cancelling nights at the end of the stay will only pay an $8 transaction fee. Reservations for more than five nights/days that are later changed to fewer nights/days by cancelling nights at the beginning of the stay will pay an $8 transaction fee and the nightly rate for each night cancelled. Date changes or cancellations to reservations cannot be made until 5 months (150 days) in advance of arrival date.
