Brochure InfoReservations for campsites are not currently available at Jasper Point. Campsites are available on a first come, first served basis until the campground closes for the season in October. One cabin is available for reservations. Prineville Reservoir and Jasper Point State Parks are located on one of sunny central Oregon's favorite lakes. Activities include swimming, boating, hiking, wildlife viewing, and spectacular scenery. For anglers, Prineville Reservoir offers a variety of species, including rainbow trout, small and large mouth bass, crappie, and catfish. Crayfish are also plentiful in the lake. Jasper point offers a pet friendly rustic cabin and 26 sites with electric and water which include 2 ADA equipped sites. An ADA accessible restroom/shower facility is available at Jasper Point. Jasper Point has a boat launch in the day use area. An additional boat launch is available at Prineville Reservoir State Park 3 miles to the west. Jasper point has a RV dump station. Additional ADA campsites and an accessible restroom/shower facility are available at Prineville Reservoir State park 3 miles to the west. Prineville Reservoir State Park offers excellent day use facilities, including a volleyball court and swimming and sunbathing area. Prineville Reservoir and Jasper Point offer overnight vehicle parking for boaters wishing to camp along the banks of the reservoir at one of the many primitive sites.Brochure Info - Facilities and Restrictions28 electrical sites with water One pet-friendly rustic log cabin with a toilet (no shower). Key InfoLow Water Alert Due to severe drought in Central Oregon, water levels are extremely low on the reservoir. The Jasper Point boat ramp is closed. Please check the advisories on the Prineville Reservoir and Jasper Point web pages for the latest information, or call the park at 541-416-0645 Ext. 101. The Jasper cabin is the only site open to reservations at this time. Campsite reservations are not currently available at Jasper Point. Camping is available on a first come, first served basis. Only one vehicle is included with standard camp fees. A second vehicle kept at a campsite (or alternate parking area) is subject to a nightly Extra Vehicle fee. The nightly Extra Vehicle fee is currently $7.00. If you reserve the cabin, please look for your access combination in the confirmation letter, immediately following the DIRECTIONS to the park. Campground quiet hours are between 10 pm and 7 am. Parking is allowed on paved areas only. Pets must be under control and on a maximum 6 foot leash and wastes properly removed. Hood to Madras. Continue on Highway 26 to Prineville. At the east end of Prineville turn right on Combs Flat Rd. After approximately 1 mile turn right on Juniper Canyon Rd. Proceed 18 miles to park entrance, which is on SE Parkland Dr. From Salem (approximately 3 1/2 hours): Take Highway 22 over Santiam Pass to Sisters, then take highway 126 to Redmond. Continue on highway 126 to Prineville. At east end of Prineville turn right on Combs Flat Rd. After approximately 1 mile turn right on Juniper Canyon Rd. Proceed 18 miles to park entrance, which is on SE Parkland Drive. Continue past the main park entrance on Juniper Canyon Rd. for another 2 miles. Turn left at signs for Jasper Point Campground.Booking Window Product InfoFee Cancellation DescThere is an $8 reservation fee per site reserved. An $8 transaction fee is charged for any date or site changes made to an existing reservation. *Reservations for more than five nights/days that are later changed to fewer nights/days by cancelling nights at the end of the stay will only pay an $8 transaction fee. Reservations for more than five nights/days that are later changed to fewer nights/days by cancelling nights at the beginning of the stay will pay an $8 transaction fee and the nightly rate for each night cancelled. Date changes or cancellations to reservations cannot be made until 5 months (150 days) in advance of arrival date.
