Brochure InfoWelcome to Ecola State Park. Wrapping around Tillamook Head, between Seaside and Cannon Beach, Ecola State Park stretches along 9 miles of coastline and offers outstanding sightseeing and recreation opportunities combined with a storied past. Please note that Ecola State Park does not offer overnight camping, reservations are for the Day Use picnic shelter only.Key Info*Park closed until further notice. Severe road damage caused by an active landslide on Ecola Park Road has left the entrance road to the park unsafe and inaccessible. Park can still be accessed by the challenging, 5-mile Tillamook Head Trail that begins just south of Seaside.* Due to high visitor traffic, the park will not be accepting reservations for the Day Use Shelter, Memorial Day through Labor Day. For information on discount programs call the OPRD Information Center at 1-800-551-6949 or visit us online at stateparks.oregon.gov. Important Information for Daily EntranceDirectionEnter the park from the north end of Cannon Beach. From 5th Street, head north on Ecola Park Road for 1 1/2 miles to the fee station. At the fee station, turn left to drop down into Ecola Point parking lot or venture right and drive another 1 1/2 miles to Indian Beach.Booking Window Product InfoFee Cancellation DescThere is an $8 reservation fee per site reserved. An $8 transaction fee is charged for any date or site changes made to an existing reservation. *Reservations for more than five nights/days that are later changed to fewer nights/days by cancelling nights at the end of the stay will only pay an $8 transaction fee. Reservations for more than five nights/days that are later changed to fewer nights/days by cancelling nights at the beginning of the stay will pay an $8 transaction fee and the nightly rate for each night cancelled. Date changes or cancellations to reservations cannot be made until 8 months (240 days) in advance of arrival date.
