Brochure InfoAs the only Oregon coast campground located in the midst of a city, Devil's Lake is a center of summertime activity. While none of the campsites are near the water, a hard-surfaced trail leads out of the campground to the shore of the lake.There is no boat launch from the campground. The closest public boat launch is located 3 miles south at East Devils Lake State Recreation Area, or 3 miles north at Regatta Grounds.Important: Only one vehicle is included with site fees. If site is able to accommodate a second vehicle there is an Extra Vehicle fee paid upon arrival at park. All vehicles must fit on the paved parking pad, be clear of the roadway and walking paths, and be kept off of the vegetation. MAKE SURE YOUR SITE MEETS YOUR CAMPING NEEDS Before reserving, please become familiar with the particulars of your chosen site, including the size of the tent pad area and the type of equipment that you may bring to the park. Closed sites in these loops may not reopen until late June, depending on weather conditions.Key InfoThe park is closed until at least January 16th due to significant flooding. Please check Devil's Lake State Recreation Area for the most up-to-date information. California sea lions infected with Leptospirosis are appearing on Oregon beaches. The contagious bacterial infection, and many others, are transmittable to humans and dogs. Please stay away from stranded marine mammals. For more information, go to Sea Lions with Leptospirosis. If you reserve a yurt or meeting hall, please look for your access combination in the confirmation letter, immediately following the DIRECTIONS to the park. Shower access code needed. Contact park staff or park host. No campsites with lake front access or a view of the lake. No boat launch from the campground. IMPORTANT: Please refer to the Site Information at the end of your confirmation letter for specific vehicle restrictions at this site. Tent sites are unable to accommodate any type of travel trailer or recreational vehicle, unless specifically allowed. Pickup campers, small motorhomes and similar vehicles are allowed in designated tent sites, but cannot exceed 18ft. Please call park for additional information. Only one vehicle is included with site fees. If site is able to accommodate a second vehicle there is an Extra Vehicle fee paid upon arrival at park. All vehicles must fit on paved pad, be clear of the roadway and walking paths, and be kept off of the vegetation . There is a maximum of two vehicles per site. Extra Vehicle fee is $7.00 per night. There is no charge for vehicles being towed into park with a legal towing device. Customer Awareness Alert: * Blue-green algae blooms occur at Devil's Lake, most often between April and September, however can occur during any time of the year. * If an outbreak does occur, swallowing or inhaling water droplets should be avoided, as well as skin contact with water by humans or animals. Current algae bloom advisories can be found on Oregon Health Authority Recreation Advisory’s website. * Fee waivers and/or adjustments will not be provided due to the presence of Blue-green algae. In the event of algae bloom, all cancel and change policies as defined by OPRD Administrative Rules will apply. Please be aware that only the person whose name is on the reservation, their designee or the primary occupant may access, change or cancel the reservation. From Highway 101 turn east onto NE 6th Dr (at the stoplight). Park entrance is 500 feet.Landmarks to look for are the Dutch Bros and Lincoln City Cultural Center.Booking Window Product InfoFee Cancellation DescThere is an $8 reservation fee per site reserved. An $8 transaction fee is charged for any date or site changes made to an existing reservation. *Reservations for more than five nights/days that are later changed to fewer nights/days by cancelling nights at the end of the stay will only pay an $8 transaction fee. Reservations for more than five nights/days that are later changed to fewer nights/days by cancelling nights at the beginning of the stay will pay an $8 transaction fee and the nightly rate for each night cancelled. Date changes or cancellations to reservations cannot be made until 5 months (150 days) in advance of arrival date.
