The park consists of more than 5,000 acres of land along an 11 mile border separating New York from Massachusetts and Connecticut. Check-in time: 3PM - 9PM. Campers must register for their site by 9PM on their day of arrival or be subject to cancellation, re-rental, and all fees will be forfeited. Arrivals after 9PM will be directed to set up in day-use parking area. CABINS & COTTAGES: GH1,GH2,GH3 and GH4 ,GH6 and GH7 are reservable year-round. Cabin capacity is 4 or 6 people depending on the unit, including children. Exceeding max. will void the reservation. Access Pass/Lifetime Liberty Pass is NOT accepted for any cottage (GH3, GH4, GH6, GH7). No subletting. Pets are prohibited in cabins/cottages, except in Bash Bish 1, 5, and GH1. SMOKING IS PROHIBITED in cabins and cottages. Cabins/cottages are 7 or 14-night reservations during peak season, which runs from the end of June until the Sunday before Labor Day and rents as follows: Friday to Friday: Bish Bash 1, 2; 2W, 2E, 3W, 3E; GH3, GH4, GH6, GH7. Saturday to Saturday: Bish Bash 3, 4, 5; WM, CM, EM; GH1, GH2. Full-service cottage rentals require a $100 damage deposit upon check-in. Credit card, cash, or checks accepted. If renting cottages between Dec. 1st and May 1st you must contact the Park Office to arrange key pickup. CAMPSITES: All sites have a picnic table and fireplace with cooking grate. Tent platform sites (Loop A: 2 - 7, 11 - 18, 30; Loop B: 45, 46, 47, 65, 68, 69, 70) will accommodate free standing tents up to 14 feet by 16 feet. No subletting. PET OWNERS: Current proof of rabies inoculation is required at check-in (metal tags will not be accepted). At any time during your stay, pet owners may be required to provide proof of rabies inoculation upon request. Be sure to have this information available to present to park staff. Where pets are permitted, there is a maximum limit of 2 pets per site. Pets must be on a leash no longer than 6ft and under control at all times. Do not leave pets unattended and always clean up after them. Pet owners/permit holders are liable for any damage, personal injury, or nuisance caused by the pet. Pets are prohibited in cabins/cottages with the exception of Bash Bish 1, 5, and GH1. It is preferred that sites within designated pet loops are chosen when using Service Animals. They are allowed elsewhere when these sites are not available or practical. SWIMMING: Each year the campground makes every effort to provide safe swimming opportunities by testing the water and by keeping the swimming areas staffed with lifeguards. Swimming cannot be a guaranteed activity, therefore we cannot offer refunds on camping stays. We apologize for this inconvenience as it may occur with little advance notice. PRE-REGISTRATION: Don't forget to PRE-REGISTER!! 7 days prior to your arrival, sign into Reserve America and pre-register. IT SAVES TIME when checking in on the day of arrival. LENGTH OF STAY: A camping party and their equipment may occupy a site for a maximum of 14 continuous nights. After which, the camping party and equipment must leave the site and facility for 48 hours before registering again for another site. Please Note: To ensure fairness for all NY customers, any reservation with departure dates outside the 9-month Maximum Window cannot be changed or cancelled until 18 days after the reservation was made.Important Information for Daily EntranceDirection253 State Route 344, Copake Falls, NY 12517 On your road map, locate New York State route 22 (It will be just north of where the New York, Massachusetts and Connecticut borders come together).
