Visitors experience unmatched sailing, swimming, skiing and fishing for Small-mouth bass in the sparkling waters of Pickwick Lake and enjoy camping and exploring in the untamed wilderness along the banks of the Tennessee River. J.P. Coleman State park is located on Pickwick Lake & the Tennessee River 13 miles North of Luka, off Hwy 25. Key InfoNo pets are allowed in cabins,villa, motels or any other park building No rentals to anyone under 21 years of age. Quiet hours are 10pm to 6 am Cabins:Check in 3pm Check out 11 am. No pets allowed .No campfires allowed.Occupancy of cabin is limited to capacity. Camping:Check in 4 pm Check out 2pm. Pets allowed on 6 ft. leash.Firerings are available.no generators allowed.Occupancy is limited to a maximum of 8 people per site. In the event of cancellation, penalties may apply. Mississippi State Parks now utilizes a voucher system for any balance due to customers. You will not receive a refund.
