The pavilion rental fee does not include vehicle parking fees. Each vehicle will be required to purchase and display a valid parking pass. Vehicles are prohibited beyond the parking lot. Permits do not include parking spaces and parking at the location by the general public is allowed. MA resident vehicle fee is $8.00 and non MA resident vehicle fee is $20.00Brochure Info - Nearby AttractionsWells State Park, 159 Walker Pond Road Sturbridge, MA 01566 (508) 347-9257Key InfoOnce you have made your reservation, please call the park to discuss your plans for the day. Alcoholic beverages are not allowed in this facility. Please be advised, the rental of this facility is generally for a self-catered picnic or simple gathering. Should you be interested in having a caterer, amplified music, a bounce house, fundraising event, etc. you will need to secure permission via a special event permit. There is a $45 non-refundable application fee, a Certificate of Liability Insurance will be required and you will be need to submit a Covid-19 Compliance Plan stating how you will meet the Governor’s guidelines. Take your next left onto Dean Pond Road. Recreation area will be on your right in 2 miles. From the East: Take Massachusetts Turnpike West (Rte. I-90W) to exit 9 in Sturbridge. Take Rte. 20 West through Brimfield center. Take a left onto Monson Road. Take your next left onto Dean Pond Road.
