Overview

Brochure InfoSummit Lake State Park is 2680 acres including an 800 acre lake, shady wooded areas and lots of open space where wildlife and bird watching abound. There is excellent fishing for bass, crappie, yellow perch, channel catfish, walleye and sunfish. Boat rentals are available including paddle boats, row boats and canoes. Swimming beach is open Memorial Day through Labor Day with a modern bathhouse. There are 4 hiking trails easy to moderate. All campsites have electric and water hookups with modern comfort stations. There are 2 open rentable shelters available for day use. Three boat ramps are available for launching your boats.
