Delaware now requires a fishing license to cover both salt water and fresh water fishing. This includes recreational clamming and crabbing. The license may be purchased at agents authorized by the Division of Fish & Wildlife. Please refer to the Tour Notes section below for the meeting location. Bellvue State Park Address: 800 Carr Road Wilmington, DE 19809 From the North: Take I-95 south to exit #9 Marsh Road. At base of ramp is a traffic signal, turn left onto Marsh Rd. At first traffic signal, turn left again onto Carr Rd. Park entrance is 0.9 miles on the right. From the South: Take I-95 north to exit #9 Marsh Road. At base of exit ramp, turn left onto Carr Rd. Go straight through traffic signal. Park entrance is 0.9 miles on the right. -or- Take I-495 north to exit #4 Edgemoor. Bear right on ramp. At first intersection, turn right onto Edgemoor Rd. At 4th traffic signal (0.8 miles), turn right onto Marsh Rd. At 3rd traffic signal (1.3 miles), turn right onto Carr Rd. Park entrance is 0.9 miles on the right.Booking Window Product InfoFee Cancellation DescCancellation Policy A cancellation fee of $10 applies if cancellation occurs prior to 31 days before arrival date. Balance of payments will be refunded. A cancellation fee of a one-day camping fee is charged if cancellation is within 30 days of arrival date; the balance of payment received will be refunded. A cabin reservation carries a $35 cancellation fee; the balance of payment received will be refunded. A reservation at the Cottages at Indian River Marina carries a cancellation fee of one-half of the total rental fee. Early departures forfeit all balances. No refunds will be given unless Delaware State Parks or the reservation call center is notified of the cancellation. The park reserves the right to hold a campsite, cabin or yurt for no more than 24 hours after a customer's expected arrival date; after that time, the reservation will be cancelled. The park must receive notice of the late arrival to hold the reservation after the designated arrival time.
