About
Port Ramp Marina is the most used boat launching facility at Pineview Reservoir, Utah's busiest reservoir. Located on the west side of the reservoir in scenic Ogden Valley, the marina sits just 10 miles from Ogden and provides the closest ramp access for boaters entering the valley from Ogden Canyon. The facility rents boat slips for the entire season, typically mid-May through September, and offers dry storage options. It features a four-lane concrete boat ramp, a large paved parking lot with designated areas for slip holders, and an adjacent gravel lot for overflow parking. A public dock is available for use, along with a dump station and vault toilets located in the paved parking lot. Pineview Reservoir lies on the backside of the Wasatch Front in Ogden Valley, surrounded by beautiful peaks and patchwork farmland. The reservoir offers excellent boating, windsurfing, swimming, and fishing opportunities. Three swim areas with sandy beaches are located around the reservoir at Cemetery Point, Anderson Cove, and Middle Inlet Beach. This facility is for boat slip rentals and day-use only; camping is not permitted.
