Old Virginia Group Horse Camp is a secluded, picturesque site located in the George Washington and Jefferson National Forests and near the Mount Rogers National Recreation Area. It can accommodate up to 25 guests and 25 horses, and offers easy access to trails like the Virginia Creeper Trail and the Iron Mountain Trail. It features a stream, portable toilets, and a stunning view of the Appalachian Mountains.
No drinking water is provided. Please bring plenty of water and tools for manure removal. The campground is easily accessed from a paved road and two portable toilets are provided.
Horses may drink from the stream.
