Lakeside Day Use Area is situated along the banks of Lake O' the Pines in east Texas, providing visitors with a range of recreational activities from boating and fishing to wildlife viewing. It offers one large group picnic shelter, boat ramp, dock, swimming beaches, and a volleyball court for family functions. The lake was created by Ferrell's Bridge Dam, and features 18,700 acres of water and 9,000 acres of land. Nearby attractions in Jefferson and Marshall towns provide additional activities for visitors.
