Sunstrip Campground is located in the Mt. Hood National Forest on the banks of the Clackamas Wild and Scenic River and is a popular destination for fishing, whitewater rafting and hiking. Visitors can expect to find 8 tent-only campsites, with half of them on the waterfront, equipped with a table and campfire ring with grill and accessible vault toilets. The area is also home to the federally protected bald eagle, northern spotted owl and the occasional peregrine falcon.
