Twin Creek Campground on Lake Ouachita is a great family destination. The campground is great for anyone who wants a campsite at a lower price and doesn’t need electric and water hookups. The campground is small but has great features like a swim beach, boat ramp, and fishing pier. Campers will appreciate the beautiful water views looking East towards Hickory Nut Mountain.
Twin Creek is available on a first-come, first-served basis only. Visitors are required to physically arrive at the campground to purchase and claim a site. Once on-site, you can pay for your campsite(s) scanning a QR code using the Recreation.gov mobile app. Download the free Recreation.gov mobile on Android or iOS app prior to your arrival as some remote areas have limited or no cellular service.
